*Note: Not all manufacturers use the same standard, so please check each size before placing an order, the sizes of the garment is available when you click to "read more". You can compare the measurement with your children usual clothing to ensure best fit. - We will then reply to your email on Stock Availability and Payment Details. Please allow us up to 24 hours to reply to you, over the public holidays and weekends we will take up to 48 hours to reply to you. If you do not receive any emails from us after 48 hours, please check your spam folder.
Or, SMS us for status. - Once payment is received, your parcel will be packaged for delivery. Delivery details will be adviced in our Purchase Confirmation email to you.
Delivery fees
We use Pos Laju for Malaysia delivery. RM6.00 for West Malaysia and RM9 for East Malaysia (each additional item just add RM1), actual postage will be confirmed via e-mail. You can track your delivery at Pos Laju Order Tracking System.
For overseas delivery, we will provide you the courier details and costs based on your confirmed orders.
Terms and conditions
- Payment can be made by deposit to our Maybank account.
- Should complete payment within 3 days upon receiving our confirmation email, otherwise we will not reserve the stock.
- If you are unable to make payment with the time frame given due to unforeseen circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Please inform us via email once you had made your payment.
- All price quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and excluding delivery charges. Buyer is responsible for delivery charges.
- Delivery of items will be sent after payment has received. Usually will take 1-2 days for processing of payment.
- For overseas delivery, I will provide you the courier details and costs based on your confirmed orders.
- We will carefully check and pack well the products before they are delivered.
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged incurred during delivery & handling.
- Please refer to the measurement stated before purchase.
- Color of the items displayed online may be slightly different due to the color resolution of different computer and camera.
- We will have thorough check the goods before deliver to customers, hence all goods sold are not exchangeable & refundable.
